Resolving and completing tasks using the Safety Matters App is straightforward and simple. Begin by logging in to your Safety Matters account with your unique credentials, and the app should automatically open up to the ‘Dashboard’ page. Select the blue icon at the top right hand of the screen which reads ‘Open Tasks’ to see all tasks related to you that have not been resolved.
Select the dropdown icon to the right of the ‘+’ symbol. Select a given open task to see further task details.
At the bottom center of the screen there is an icon which reads ‘Resolve’. Select here.
You will be asked to write a short comment explaining why the task has been resolved. Select ‘submit’ to confirm your submission.
The Task Info page will now show the updated information regarding the resolution of the task.
