To view deficiencies related to inspections assigned to you, open the Safety Matters App. The app will automatically open to the Dashboard page. Select the yellow icon that reads ‘Deficiencies’.
You should now be on the Deficiencies page. Deficiencies are listed under the facility where the inspection took place. Select the dropdown symbol to the right of a facility name.
You should be able to see a list of Deficiencies with their related details such as inspection date, date assigned, and any photos or comments that have been attached to the specific deficiency found.
Select any deficiency to see further details of the inspection associated with said deficiency. This will open up to the Inspection Details page.
Select ‘Deficiencies’ to see the entire inspection and more specifically to see which section of the inspection the deficiencies were found in.
